Bring in luck and wisdom this Chinese New Year with a little chocolate from our friends at Chocolate by Wickerhead. Besides, what is a celebration without a decadent piece of fine chocolate?

While we fill our stockings with jolly chocolate Santas at Christmas-time and the Easter Bunny hops its way to premiere status in our Easter baskets in the spring, no one will deny that chocolate is one of the best gifts for fail proof gift-giving during most holiday seasons. There is also the adoring heart shaped chocolates we share with our loved ones on Valentine’s Day, but who rings in the Chinese New Year better than a wise chocolate Buddha?

February 10th, 2013 rings in Chinese New Year. One of the world’s most celebrated festivals; it is the beginning of the 15-day celebration of the Chinese lunar calendar. Lauded for its many traditions of food, lights, paper lanterns and firecrackers, it also is a time for prayer and wishes of luck.

Wishes of luck

This year enjoy a decadent, fine Belgian Chocolate (milk or dark) Buddha, exclusively at Chocolate by Wickerhead. Guaranteed to bring you the best of luck for 2012, you will be wiser for having tasted one, two or... a few.
